Perched on the 6th floor of a magnificent building with a grand, historic entrance, this apartment is a quiet, sun-filled sanctuary above the city bustle. It is the perfect spot for a solo traveler or a couple looking to explore the City of Light. The Studio features: Living Area: A bright main room with a comfortable convertible sofa bed (doubles as a cozy lounge by day). The space features a wooden breakfast bar for dining or working, and a flat-screen TV. The View: Open the large windows to enjoy a classic view of Paris's famous zinc rooftops and chimney pots. The small balcony railing is decorated with greenery, making it a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Kitchenette: Compact but fully equipped with everything you need: induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom: A modern, tiled bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with unique mosaic details, a vanity sink, and a toilet. Convenience: A discrete closet houses a washing machine—a rare and convenient luxury for long stays in Paris! Guest Access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The Neighborhood The studio is located in the Austerlitz / Jardin des Plantes area (13th & 5th arrondissements). The Seine: You are just seconds away from the "Quais de la Seine" (riverbanks). It’s the perfect spot for morning jogs, evening picnics, or having a drink on the famous river barges (Péniches) seen in the photos. Transport: Excellent connections via Gare d'Austerlitz (Metro lines 5 & 10, RER C). You can easily reach the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, or the Eiffel Tower. Attractions: Walk to the Jardin des Plantes (Botanical Gardens) or the Cité de la Mode et du Design for modern architecture and nightlife.
